Additional fees apply for more than two occupants, linen for additional occupants (if required), pets, one-night stages, and where there is more than one vehicle parked in the park (subject to availability). Management reserves the right to amend the total cost of bookings made online where incomplete or inaccurate information is provided at the time of booking. An excessive cleaning fee of $60 per hour will be charged where the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state or our pet or non-smoking policy is ignored. You will also be charged for the cost of replacement for any major breakages (fair wear and tear excluded), the replacement of any items removed from the cabin or for the cost of repair for any damage to our property. Prices and fees are GST inclusive and are valid from 1st February and expire on the 31st January each year. Management reserves the right to reasonably amend or alter prices at any time without notice. A payment surcharge applies to all credit and debit card payments. The amount of the surcharge depends on the type of card used (we do not accept AMEX). There is no charge for EFTPOS or bank transfers. |
Cancellations and changes |
No ‘change of mind’ refunds for Christmas holiday, Easter holiday and school holiday bookings. For all other periods, cancellations must be received in writing 14 days prior to the date of the booking and either: (1) a $10 administration fee will apply to refunds processed on EFTPOS or credit cards (no admin fee for bank transfers) and your first night’s accomodation will be deducted from your refund; or (2) you may choose to apply your refund to a future booking within 12 months of the original booking date. The booking may only be moved once and if subsequently cancelled any prepayment will not be refunded. Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the booking date will forfeit any prepayment received. Refunds will only be credited to the credit card or EFTPOS card used to make the booking. No refunds if you decide to shorten your stay. We do not give refunds due to inclement weather. |
